Scar Management
As part of your post op pack, Dr Jane will provide you with a box of Nokori scar tape.
When your scars are 4-6 weeks old or fully healed, you can start using Nokori scar tape.
Nokori is a 100% medical-grade silicone dressing that protects, flattens, and softens surgical or injury-related scars while helping to minimise the risk of raised or thickened tissue. It works through gentle compression and optimal moisture balance to support a smoother scar texture as your skin heals.

Can you believe we are half way through the year already!
This is your reminder to slow down for a moment and appreciate your progress so far. Celebrate the wins, and reflect on what you need most for the months ahead.
Midyear is the perfect time to check in with yourself:
What goals do you still want to reach?
What intentions have you set for the rest of the year?
More time doing what fills your cup?
More self care time?
Take this as your sign to reset, realign and make yourself a priority too. Book that appointment, make time for that dinner with friends and conquer something you`ve been putting off.

Breast Reduction – How Small Can I Go?
One of the most common questions I hear from women considering breast reduction surgery is, "How small can I go?" The answer is unique to each patient and depends on a combination of your goals, anatomy, and surgical safety considerations.
During your consultation, we`ll discuss the size and shape you`d like to achieve and carefully assess what is realistically and safely possible for your body.
Your Natural Proportions
I take into account your chest width, frame, height, and overall body proportions when planning your reduction. The goal is to create breasts that feel comfortable, look balanced, and complement your natural shape.
Breast Tissue and Composition
Every woman`s breasts are different. The amount of glandular tissue, fat, skin, and existing breast shape all influence how much volume can be removed and the final result that can be achieved.
Safety Comes First
While many women would like to be as small as possible, there are anatomical limits that need to be respected. Preserving a healthy blood supply to the nipple and maintaining the best possible sensation and healing are essential considerations. In some cases, these factors determine the minimum size that can be safely achieved.
My priority is always to help you achieve a result that aligns with your goals while ensuring the safest outcome and a natural, proportionate appearance.
